Old disputes simmer as legislators return for committee meetings
The Florida Legislature returns to the Capitol on Wednesday to begin preparation for the 2016 legislative session. Lawmakers will meet in committees setting agendas and working on bills for the January session. The meetings come at a tense time in House and Senate relations.
