Commercial Litigation/Class Action Defense

pa-litigation

There is no substitute for experience.  At Radey, our most senior litigators each have over 28 years of individual experience in handling a broad range of commercial litigation in federal courts, state courts and administrative proceedings.  Our experience in complex commercial litigation covers a wide range of industries and topics, including insurance regulatory litigation, bad faith and coverage litigation, telecommunication and utility disputes, antitrust, construction claims involving delay damages and inefficiency claims, health care, reinsurance, suretyship issues in bankruptcy and other contexts, claims under state and federal RICO statutes, civil theft, fraud, legal malpractice, constitutional issues and litigation arising from regulatory activities of state, federal and local agencies.

Our litigators have also handled class actions, some of which have been consolidated by the national Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation. We invite potential clients to ask us about our current class action matters and our defense of large class actions.  More importantly, ask us about our results.

Our attorneys have also represented clients in arbitrations conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and the Florida Arbitration Code.  Our litigation section also includes two experienced appellate attorneys with extensive knowledge and skills in the art of issue preservation, appellate persuasion and oral advocacy.
