HB 573 Results in Coverage for Attached Structures for Citizens Mobile Home Policies

HB 573 passed by the legislature requires Citizens Property Insurance Corporation to make coverage available for manufactured housing or mobile home dwellings, including screened enclosures, carports and covered patios. The coverage must provide limits of at least $3000.
