Jordann L.A. Wilhelm practices in the areas of labor and employment law, commercial litigation, and corporate and business law. In her labor and employment practice, Jordann routinely advises management regarding all phases of the employment relationship including hiring, wage and hour, discipline, severance, and termination concerns. Jordann also advises employers regarding day-to-day concerns including COVID-19 regulations, employee manuals, policies and procedures. Jordann represents both public and private sector employers in all forms of employment-related litigation including, breach of non-competition agreements, trade secret concerns, Fair Labor Standards Act litigation and the defense of race, disability, gender discrimination/sexual harassment, and retaliation claims.

Jordann handles general commercial litigation in state, federal, and appellate courts regarding a variety of disputes including contract law, business torts, and trade secret litigation.

In 2014, Jordann earned her B.S. degree in psychology from Florida State University graduating summa cum laude as only one of four of her graduating class to graduate with a 4.0 GPA. In 2017, Jordann graduated in the top ten percent of her class from Florida State University College of Law where she was a member of the Moot Court Team and Order of the Coif. During law school, Jordann also worked at several law offices throughout Tallahassee, specializing in civil litigation.
