Ed has been a complex commercial litigator for over 20 years, with extensive experience in administrative tribunals and federal and state courts. Ed focuses his practice in three main areas: government procurement, administrative law/regulatory, and complex commercial litigation. With significant experience across a wide variety of industries in government procurement, Ed advises clients in all aspects of public procurements from responses to bid solicitations, to bid protests, to performance of public contracts – at the state and local government levels. He also regularly advises clients on regulatory issues affecting their businesses, including licensing issues, rule challenges, rule variances, and declaratory statement petitions.
