Property and Casualty Filings Move to IRFS
Property and casualty insurers submitting form and rate filings will begin doing so under the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation’s Insurance Regulation Filing System (IRFS). Filing through IRFS will replace the former process of filing through iFile. Users familiar with iFile will find IRFS to be intuitive. It also has features not previously available in iFile such as an option for filers to set a password for individual filings, allowing multiple users to access and work within the filing.
