Four Shareholders Make 2009 Florida Trend’s Legal Elite
Radey Thomas Yon & Clark is proud to congratulate our four shareholders included in the 2009 Florida Trend Legal Elite – Donna Blanton, Christopher Lunny, Elizabeth McArthur, and Harry Thomas. The attorneys included in this yearly publication are nominated by their fellow members of the Florida Bar who they hold in the highest regard.
Donna Blanton practices in the areas of Florida administrative law and appellate advocacy, with an emphasis on cases involving public procurement, insurance regulation, energy, telecommunications and public utility law, professional licensing and discipline, and affordable housing.
Elizabeth McArthur has over twenty years of experience representing clients in administrative regulatory, litigation, and appellate matters, primarily involving governmental agencies and often involving health care regulation. She has focused both her practice and her professional activities on the Florida Administrative Procedure Act, serving both on the Executive Council of the Florida Bar’s Administrative Law Section and as Editor of the Section’s quarterly Newsletter since 1977.
Chris Lunny heads up the Labor and Employment Law practice area. Chris practices labor and employment law, business immigration and litigation. His clients include insurers, health care providers, trade groups and hospitality businesses.
Harry Thomas has over 30 years of experience in complex civil litigation, including class action defense in both state and federal courts. Harry has represented many insurance company clients in class actions and related regulatory administrative litigation.
Congratulations!
