Chamber of Commerce hosts Nuts & Bolts Breakfast

The Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce and program sponsor AT&T will host the May Business Nuts & Bolts breakfast on Thursday, the program featuring a look back at the 2009 legislative session.

Registration is at 7:45 a.m. at the Civic Center, with the program starting at 8.

Also planned is a panel discussion titled "Corporate Survival in the New Marketplace: Avoiding Litigation in Today’s Economy". It will cover legal and human resource issues, including measures companies can take to avoid liability, e-mail pitfalls, contract disputes and other problems.

Panelists are Leonard J. Dietzen III of Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell P.A.;
William T. Krizner of The Krizner Group; and Floyd R. Self of Messer Caparello & Self P.A.

Dan Krassner, chief strategy and communications officer at the Florida Chamber of Commerce, will give a 30-minute recap of the 2009 Florida Legislature and how recent decisions will affect the business community.
