WHAT: Florida Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty will chair an informational hearing to discuss and receive public comment on the business arrangements variously called Stranger Owned Life Insurance, Stranger-Oriented Life Insurance, Stranger Originated Life Insurance or Speculator Initiated Life Insurance (STOLI).
