Florida Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty, on behalf of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, will testify before the U.S. House of Representatives Financial Services Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations about the effect of credit-based insurance scores on the availability and affordability of insurance.

WHAT: Commissioner McCarty will speak to the House subcommittee and offer comments on Florida’s actions and the role of credit-based insurance scores in Florida today. He also will report on actions by other states on this issue.
